Housekeeping Service for Consecutive Nights

As part of our environmental conservation efforts, room cleaning and towel replacement during your stay will be provided only upon request.

If you would like towel replacement or room cleaning, please place the designated magnet on the outside of your door by 10:00 AM.

If no magnet is displayed, housekeeping and towel replacement will not be provided.

For towel replacement only
Please place the red “Towel Replacement Only” magnet on the outside of your door.
Fresh towels will be hung on your doorknob.

For room cleaning
Please place the blue “Please Clean” magnet on the outside of your door.
We will clean your room and replenish towels and amenities.
Please note that bed linens will not be changed during regular cleaning.

For guests who request neither towel replacement nor cleaning
From the second night onward, amenities will be available in front of the 1st-floor elevator.
Please take what you need freely.

For hygiene reasons, a full cleaning including bed linen change will be carried out every 3 nights, regardless of magnet display.

If you do not require this cleaning for personal reasons, please inform the front desk.
